Shifting of House hold goods

I had approached Agarwal Movers and Packers in May for quotation regarding my shifting of House hold goods from nagpur to Mumbai and Delhi. Tentaively their representative had packed my house hold goods including M/Cycle for Mumbai and Delhi on 20 May11.I had paid the total amount of Rs 45465/-Receipt No 653738 dated 20-05-11.

To my great surprise I found out that the items which had to be shifted to Delhi had landed at Mumbai. When I contacted their representative at Mumbai and Nagpur they cut a sorry figure and asked for extra amount to do the needful which had been their fault.

Till date whreabouts of my items to Delhi is also not known wherin they had done a insurance of extra Rs 3000/-

I am really surprised at the unprofessionalism attitude of agarwal movers and packers and would like to make public aware that after paying the total amount also services are not given as promised.

Beware of their big promises.
