Incorrect Name on PAN Card

I have Applied for Pan Card way Back in Although i receive it on time, but my Date of Birth was Incorrect, so i submit it back and filled a correct form for getting my Date of Birth corrected. It took not less than six months for them to correct it.after getting my D.O.B correction another Mistake surfaced -First and second Name were clubbed together, At that time i don't noticed it and due to delay in getting my D.O.B, I have not so much time to follow it, tell me, how could it get it corrected after one and half years have passed since I Received it
