Not correctly respond for a recharges complaint

Dear sir/Madam

I am U.N.V.S.N.K.GUPTA using Aircel network (prepaid no. 8801708817) mobile service since the year 2010.

Today (01.07.2012) I've recharged my mobile service at 20:05Hrs.through online by using my credit card.

Hence i received the both sides (from credit cards & aircel) confirmation messages for the transaction. Finally i found that the recharge amount was INR.0.00 was credited to my account.

By realizing this immidietly i've contacted the customer care on toll free no. 198 at 20:45hrs.

I've tried 8 times to speak to a customer care executive (please note that this is indicating their service moto)

finally i speak to an executive at 8th attempt. Even though he dont know how to provide the basic infomation to their customers. And still my problem was not solved.

Please look into this complaint and requesting you to take necessary acon on such irresponsible network operators.
