This issue is regarding non-delivery of LPG Cylinder, pending for almost 3 weeks now.
Without booking any cylinder for refill, delivery person came on its own on 13-Jan with cylinder, we refused, saying we haven't booked & our cylinder is running good (not empty).
On 17th Jan'10 when it got empty, we tried booking cylinder, on IVR (#1260) for refill, and heard message that it's already booked. So, my father went to distributor (Pearey Lal & Sons, Pandav Nagar branch) directly, and narrated the issue (automatically issuance & delivery, without booking), person just refused to entertain and making fresh request for cylinder. Then we contacted their Karol Bagh branch, and was told that the cylinder will be delivered in 2-3 days.
When it didn't come till 27-Jan, we tried IVR and a fresh no. 135 was assigned to us, then on 3-Feb I lodged complaint at 1800-2333-555 with complaint no 39058, and also created my login ID for online booking at (http://www.tomogas.com/iocl/cust_requirement.aspx), and booked. Status today on site is "Invalid customer"...!!!
Neither the refill of cylinder nor any person from either IOC or Pearey Lal & Sons contacted me so far on the issue, so I'm writing here to see if this forum could be of help.
