Sir, I purchased a four burner planet gas stove (Glass Top) in the year 2010 (Last) from Kitchen Saaz Showroom Karnal. Within guarantee period your company has changed two burners which were not working properly. Six months ago i changed one burner and now in the month of december two burners were also changed but i am surprised to see that one burner is now in a position to be changed it blacken the utensils. Sir if i knew about the product earlier i never purchase it and i am very much fed up with this product. Sir i always take the services of Mr. Happy your authorised dealer in Karnal. Kindly look into the matter.
