Non response to the consume

This is to inform the authorities that Pooja Gas Agency situated at Edapally, Cochin having the telephone no.04842575299 has not responed to the call for the attempts made for more than 15 times since the last 90 minutes. I was not been able to get connected even once for the last 14 days even trying multiple times. I feel it is a deliberate act of non response from this agency. I have also happened to come across many consumers having a similar inconvenience with this agency which need to be dealt by the authority without any further delay. Expecting the authorities to revert on this issue ASAP.
