Clean the garbage

Sir i am a student living in k.p agrahara (near magdi road).. as long as in our area people are suffer from the waste garbage smell was coming from in backside of our street .. the only garbge was not thrown and a chamber pipe was broken there the smell mix with air we can not respire in our area .. we complain to bbmp office they dont the complaint serious then we complaint to our counsellor .. He just hear wat we say then he left that, the coperation worker also dont clean the they simply seeing and going... so kindly take legal action on the cleaning of garbage in our are...
