Two months ago two men came to our home promoting STRYKE SECURITY. They came into the home, looked at all exits, were here for over two hours gabbing, eating the m and m’s in the dish on the counter, actually verbally beating us into this security system. We had it installed, code and all the shibang. I thought it was a scam but the neighbors said no, they installed it also.
I hear a lot of scam with this company and think we need to disarm them alarm and terminate the contract with them. They were not professional, rude, stayed too long, I did not like them in the house looking around and it did catch my eye they could be casing out the place to rob us in the future. I called the STRYKE CO> and they said it was legit. Alarm went off a couple weeks later and cops showed up and security called so that made me think it was not a bogus scam for an alarm. I guess I am confused on this and don't know if they are a scam or real. Please give me inside information on the facts so I can proceed or terminate this business.
I did not like them coming into the home and sitting down for over two hours while the tech did the install, taking up my time, not leaving, and looking at all rooms of house, my personal effects. This took too long, they acted like they lived in my home, talking of things not business rather asking personal things.
