I (poonam) am a T24 mobile user mob no 9821771069, .On dated 27/11 and 06/12, I recieved free STV recharge on shopping in foodright, nirmal lifestyle, mulund. I got a message saying STV recharge succesful and I didn't get the recharge. I am also unable to recharge it online.
