Delay in supply of gas cylinde

Ref: Consumer No: LA 9080 - Consumer Name: Basheer

Reference to the above consumer number I have booked a gas cylinder on 10-Nov with M/s. Latha Gas Agency, Ambalapuzha, Alappuzha - 688561. But unfortunately I didn't get my booked new cylinder till this date and when I contacted the gas agency and they replied like "cylinders not available for distribution", but this agency is selling the cylinders in black market with higher profit.

I am a family with 8 members and we find it very difficult to cook daily food without enough gas.

So I request you to kindly look in to the matter urgently.
