REGARDING HIRANANDANI'S ILL FATED BANGALORE PROJECTS.
1) indefinite delay, project completion is even distance dream
2) No Agreements from past so many years
3) Poor Customer service
4) Land dispute
5) Unresponsive office and no body seems to have proper answer, unprofessional
6) Unwarranted penalty demands, despite delays due to land dispute,
7) HN is trying to buy more time with one reason or another.
8) No commitment from HN side, poor accountability, staff integrity is a big question.
9) Honesty is another issue, they want customers to pay for their mistakes.
10) End result is still unclear.
But they are very prompt in sending demand notice for money. Rest there is nothing called honesty, trust, professionalism
There are not many good reasons left for buyer to trust this builder.
