I am Mukesh Khare and I had a Post paid Connection 9818787741 which has now been converted to a prepaid connection. As per last statement generated the security deposit of Rs 1500/- is adjusted against the Bill period charges and the amount due os -705.63/-. I have been advised that the same will be refunded through a cheque at my postal address. I am transferred to a new location and will be available at the current address upto 04 Dec10. May I request that the procees for refund of security deposit may please be expedited and the confirmation for the same may please be provided to me.
