E-inspection of kitchen and revive my old LPG connection no 4406

Sir,

My LPG connection no 4406, Narendra Pratap Sharma R/O A-84 street no 3, Mahalaxmi Enclave Delhi-84, has been retained due to new LPG home connection policy.

At the time of inspection, i was homeless and living in a rental room without kitchen, as my old house was under construction.

Now my house has got completion and i am shifted at same address in newly constructed house.

therefore, I request you to re inspect my accomodation/residence, a -84 street no 3 Mahalaxmi Enclave and revive my LPG connection no 4406. I have already submitted a copy of complaint the reception office, johripur, new delhi, on 16th june but no result has been found.
