Dear Sir,
I have booked a new gas connection 4 months back in Alec Agencies, Mylapore, Chennai. This 10th january i got a confirmation letter from IOC that it was allocated a new gas connection for me with details for how much i have to pay etc. When i went and ask Alec agencies with this letter, they said till now regulator is unavailable so we are unable to give gas connection as of now and It will take another 1 week or 1 month or may be 1 year too. I really got fedup with thir response. we have a small family here in chennai with newly born child. It is very difficult to survive the life without having new gas connection. Please help me to get the new connection as earliest, will help my family from this difficulties.
