Not able to book the gas cylinde

Dear sir,

I am not able to book my cylider by phone with AnandGas Agency, HAL, Bangalore for the last 10 days. All their phone number is always busy during the working hours, if i try before 9.30 am it is ringing and nobody picks up the phone.
