As seen a classified in newspaper, we hire "Anju placment service, 38, Mohammadpur, Bhikaji Cama Place, Near Ram Mandir, New Delhi-66" for providing maid. They charge Rs. - on 14th june 10 as advance from total of Rs. 11000/-. But they didnt provide maid for another 15 days. They called us to reach at their registered office on 30th June10. They provide us a girl of age around 12 years, but they told us that she is 16 year old. When I took money to pay the rest amount of Rs. 9000/- they asked for Rs.13000/-. I was shocked, I said that I we deal for 11000/- and I already pay Rs. -. But they denied and said that that amount of Rs.- is non-refundable registration charges. They asked for another 11000/- as their commission and - as advance salary of maid. After a long argument they aggried on 1-.
We bring the maid to our house, from the day one girl start crying. We always take care of her as our family member but everytime she create a new drama. She threaten my 5 year old daugther that she will jump from 5th floor. The girl was already trained by placement agency to create panic so that we should not keep her for long time. The maid talk to her mother on phone and provide all information of my family. We talked to placement agency to change the maid but they didnt take care. Finally we sent back the maid on 30th July to their office. Till the date we asking them for another maid or refund of money but they are not doing anything. We also come to know that that maid is now working at someother place and creating same panic over there.
