Cheque encashed but nothing delivered

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm from Hubli, Karnataka, I bought a connection of the Reliance Big TV from Appco Mkt. I gave them a cheque for Rs1490/- the cheque has already been encashed and its been more than 15 days I'm trying to get to them but in vain, the phone rings but no one answers. Can you help me in anyway
