Non delivery of lette

I have given letter for delivery at Kolkatta on 01.12.09 not yet delivered. I visited Madhur Courier local office of Prabhadevi their Mr. Darshan said it will delivered on 5th of saturday but neither it delivered at Kolkatta or not received acknowledge of delivery of the letter. The letter was send to The Secretary and it was V.V. urgent.
