Excess bus fare

Dear Sir,

When I was travelling with my family comprising 3 persons from VASI Bus depot (at Navi Mumbai) to CBD Belapur Bus depot (at Navi Mumbai) on 13.04.2010 at 2230 hrs through BEST Bus No 504 I have been charged @Rs.2.00 extra per person vide ticket no 499-978019 - 499-978021.On enquiry to the conducter, he replied rudly this is the fare where as actual fare is Rs 8.00/ person. I concted Wadla depot to resister complain but they dont have any provision to register telephonic complain. Please do the need ful. Thanking you
