People sitting in Garuda Matrimonial office are big liars and cheat. During registration they showed few photos. After that they stopped providing service to me. Many times I asked whether I can come to their office and see the profiles. But the response was unreasonable. Once they said everyone is suffering from chicken pox, so don't come now. Then they said during weekends they take rest, so don't come on weekends and come on week days. If I call on week days they said every one is ill. This went for about 3 months and finally I asked them to delete my profile and said to them I will look at some other place. If they don't want to provide the service they should return back the registration fee. They are getting the registration fee and not providing the service. Its cheating the customers. I don't know whether this case can be taken to consumer court.
