Not refunding money

this is suraj. i saw a add on dc classified that for massage . i called them on this number 07838934261 responding person was ms.paiyal she told me that sir u have to deposit 3000/- at icici bank or hdfc bank then we will give u a number of a lady she will get in touch with u for massage, i told OK send me and i have deposit amount after that when i called that girl name neha she told me that sir u have to deposit 10.000/- for safety after massage i will refund u i told that i have 5000/- only she told me OK u deposit that i will come down after work i will refund u the money then i was waiting for her she didn't com seine last 3 to 4 weeks they r telling sir my boss i out of station i refund the money after he comes i said OK but still now nothing no response... what should i do total amount refundable is 8000/-...
