Non receipt of Booking Amount

I had booked the terrace place at Lutyens for a party, but since the party got cancelled, I approached Lutyens to refund the booking amount of INR 25, 000. Their Customer Service is so pathetic, they outright refused to give me back my money. I told them that they could keep part amount and atleast return me the rest but NO, they are a stubborn bunch who refuse to listen. Although the cancellation was done within 15 days of the booking and ~2 months prior to the party occasion, they are not returning my money back.

They seem to be a money sucking organization and staff greedy people including the owners Kishan and Neeraj Chandhok, and the manager, Brijesh who works for them.

An entity where the customer is treated this way is an absolute 'No Go' for me, and the others must know about an organization where the Customer comes LAST.

Please help me in getting my money back.
