Sir,
This is to inform you that we paid money for advertorial in starvivah.com. They assured us for arranging meeting with preferred profiles but no meeting has been arranged till now. Also, we gave our preference for bride but all the profiles send by them are not in accordance with it. They told us that this site is in collaboration with starsvivaah.com which telecast matrimony show on star plus. But when we contacted original starsvivaah group, they denied their collaboration with them. We even asked for user id and password for matrimonial site but never provided with it. On calling, they hardly picked any call and if so they (puja/sakshi) assured us that their senior would soon be contacting us but this never happened. They never replied to our mails too. We complained Mr Rajesh (Manager) who told us that he was getting same complain from many clients and would resolve it but today we came to know that he left this group himself.
Its our humble request to take wise action ASAP and protect us against this fraud.
