Dear Sir/ Madam,
I was a paid member of BharatMatrimony for last one year. My subscription has expired few days back. Surprisingly, now I am not able to see my earlier messages today. As i have not taken backup of these messages, I am not able to access the mails that were in my bharatmatrimony account.
I am sure that it is my legal right to access the messages I received during subscription period. I therefore request BharatMatrimony to do the needful.
It is highly unfortunate that I have not received any reply of my mails to BharatMatrimony. It is really shocking to see such an unprofessional conduct from this prestigious company.
