Non Receipt of Passport

Dear Sir,

My Wife Mrs. Mousumi Majumder have applied for her passport (File No. A013695 dt.2.2.11) through Kolkata on 02.02.2011 whcih according to postal record received by regional passport office on 5th Mar-11. Police enquiry was completed on Feb-11 and my wife sister marrgige ceremony held on 11th Mar-11 at Bangladesh.

So, I request you to issue the passport on urgent basis that I have very much gratefull to you.
