I HAVE BOUGHT 1TON KORYO AC FROM GHATKOPAR BIGBAZAAR. AROUND 2MONTHS LATER THE COMPRESSOR FAILED TO WORK. TALKED TO SEVICE CENTRE AND EVEN LOG THE COMPLAIN BUT NOBODY GAVE RESPONSE TILL 30DAYS, TWICE I HAVE LOGGED THE COMPLAIN THEN ONE PERSON CAME TO CHECK THE AC. HE INFORMED THAT HE HAVE TO TAKE PCB BOARD WITH HIM AS IT WAS NOT WORKING. HE TOOK AWAY THE PCB BOARD WITH HIM AND HE TOLD TO THAT HE WILL COME AND FIT THE BOARD WITHIN 2DAYS. IT PASSED 1MONTH NO ONE HAVE RESPONED ON IT. WHEN I HAVE TALK TO SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE INFORMED ME THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE COMPLAIN LOGGED BY YOUR NAME OR NO... I WANT AND QUICK RESPONSE THAT WHERE MY PCB BOARD IS? AND WHEN IT WILL GET REPAIRED. PERSON NAMES INCLUDED - MAHESH, RAMESH AND LOKESH I HAVE A JOB SHEET WITH ME THEY HAVE TAKEN THE PCB BOARD ON 13/10.
