High fee, sad faculty, classes not provided as promised

The career counselor, miss Uma is the one who gave me all false promises, took 6500 from me before even classes started, never conducted the classes as promised and was having faculty who is pathetic. when asked to refund the money, says will not... complaints team has never taken any actions even after sending mails after mails. something has to be done to this fake organisation for taking money when they can't provide what we are looking for.
