Complaint Against Ipsolutions Thane

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken admission for RHCE in IP Solutions (Thane) and not at all satisfied with the level of teaching and guidance provided. I have paid full amount of course fees Rs.11, 000/- and took admission in institute on 30th March.

After attending lectures I found that the level of teaching was not at all satisfactory. Due to some Institute's problem, I faced Faculty change 3 times. No single faculty was able to complete our course. The course is going on from April till the date. Most of the times batches were canceled, due to which we requested for change in batch schedule from saturday to sunday, but it didn't helped. Its usual that after attending lecture, there were no lectures for 2-3 weeks. And we faced lack of consistency in learning.

Whenever new faculty started teaching us, we found that we missed something in our earlier lecture by old faculty. And new faculty criticized old faculty's teaching. Which leads to lack of confidence in whatever we have learned from old faculty. As per our latest faculty the lectures are over and course is finished. But after showing him the remaining topics. The faculty told us that he will send us the notes on mail, as there is no need to teach these topics as they are not important and non practical. Our new faculty taught us "Linux boot process" in 1hour, And the same faculty told us that its a 4 hours lecture.

As per verbal discussion with Mr. Sanjay & Ms. Pratiksha, we have requested fees refund. After having certain bad experiences in the institute, I am not willing to waste anymore time and money in Ip Solutions. So Kindly refund my course fees.

Following points to highlight the problems I have faced.

1 Regular cancellation of lectures

2 Long interval between lectures

3 Change of faculty 3 times

4 Took 11 months but still the course is not completed.

5 Incomplete knowledge

6 Improper hands on practicals

7 Providing notes on mail instead of lectures

8 Faculties Unable to solve queries

9 Faculties criticized other faculty's teaching

(Makes us feel that old faculty has wasted our time)
