Sir I paid Rs.9000 for.NET course in the year 2007 on 14th of may at Aptech Preet Vihar Centre (Delhi)
In exchange of that amount paid by me, they had given me a card on the back side of which they had written as amount of Rs 9000 is received by them, with details such as course - .NET, date - 14/5/07, and the amount of the payee i.e is me (VIKAS NAGAR). When I asked for the receipt they told me that u will get it with in few days as receipt book is not available. After some days of course i was almost unable to continue. For that i called Aptech Branch Office to know whether there is any provision of refund of fees. When this thing reached to centre Director (DALIP WADHWA) he challanged me to do whatever i can do. And he told me that u wont be able to continue course and no fees details would be given to me.
So my humble request to you is that what should be done in this matter as its already been so late?
