Dear Sir, This is to inform that Myself Maheshwar Debata s/o Raghunath Debata, Distt- Jajpur, Orissa. i have worked in Arena Animation Academy, Rathyatra, Varanasi, uttar Pradesh, as faculty from 2008 to 2012. In this centre I have worked near about 4 years. In this 4 years I got my salary through installments & always late payment. In the last month after 30 days late of my salary when I was told to the center head that give me the payment that time he told “I am not able to pay you on time u can leave from this centre” . Then I thought there is no value of Faculty in Arena Animation Academy & there is no management system in this centre. That’s why I have resigned on 31-may. This was not an easy decision to make, on my part. The past four years have been very rewarding. I've enjoyed working for you and managing a many successful batches dedicated to a quality teaching delivered on time. After Resign I told to the centre head close my account & give me the final payout. Now I have not received my final payout & the main matter is why I am sending you the mail, yesterday night at 9 pm Mr Rahul Agarwal (centre head of Arena) called on my phone then used bad language & told not giving single payout to me. I tell you he behaves with me just like uneducated person. so how Aptech appointed & gave the Franchise to this type of uneducated person. In my views for Mr. Rahul Agarwal (Centre head) has no sense how to talk with others so is this possible? This type of person manages the Arena Animation Academy which is a brand of Aptech World Wide, who is not care for their faculties & students. Always he paid salary to their employee as installments & by cash. There is no any proof of salary details in this centre.
