Ude talking and no steps of citi financial bank

I am filling this application to the citi finacial bank regarding the rude language used by your executive to collect the loan installment taken by me in the month of june.

This is the regular problem i used to get in each and every month from june to may i am suffering this rude language used by your executive but in this month i.e may the executive his name nizam have used not only the rude language but used very bad language which i will shame to write here. Your executive told his name as Nizam he called on 12th may and the timing was11.45 a.m he used very bad language.

I am requesting you that take severe action against this nizam i had even complained in police station and even provided them contact number he had told me console the bank if they prohibited to take the action then we will take the severe against this nizam and the bank.

The contact number from which i got the call is 40311647 and the timing was 11.46 a.m on 12th may in the call first one lady has spoken to me she asked me to pay the installment i told her i am in pune i wont be able to come their and even my family members went to native i requested her that i wil come on 22nd of this month and i will pay on that day she refused my words and asked me to talk with her anothe executive named nizam This nizam asked me to pay today i explained him that i am not in mumbai i am in pune so i will pay on 22nd of this month now it is possible to pay the installment He started using bad language he had taken whole of my family using bad language finally he had said that sell your family ladies in the first fort and i will collect the installment from there even i got angry even i used certain ill languages finally i got tired and i cut down the phone he called me several time and used the same language he called me almost 5 to 6 times and said me that scared or that bcoz of this nizam i immedately came to mumbai and even in the last month i have faced the same problem the contact number is 9930146430/ 022321008206 / 09930713077. this are all the numbers from which i suffered the bad language if further this all increased your executive all tells me that i will brake you house if you refused to pay you teach your executive to tell like this or what and plese send me the notice full and final payment notice i not going to bear any more issue if you refuse to send i will not pay my installment You give training in this way or what to your executive to brake the house and use bad languages what all culture you are falling if teach them in that way then i will take my steps back to go to the court reply the solution immediately to my email address I used to pay m installment regularly. One of your executive called from the MIDC branch and asked to forgive what is doing the crime and asking sorry is not the right culture. I always ask them to give the bank address they refuse to give, give me your bank address in my email address

I am in tension now and my works remaining so immediately take the action and reply me.

In the last email i had mentioned the matter this is verfication message i am sending to you. The email sent is mentioned above

I had even complained in your customer service against the problem i faced, they have given me the complaint number i.e 27459795, I had further called your c.s the just tell me that your complaint have been forwarded but still i din got any reply. They told me that we will investigate your complaint and we will reply you soon. But still neither i got the solution nor the reply. My whole family is fully distributed if any wrong happens to me or my family the whole credit will go to that executive and the Citi financial.

Today only i got time to read your email,

First give answer to my questions you are asking only for the installment, just answer me that whether you accept that you did mistake or not if yes than send me the apololize letter, You always ask me about installment what about the insult done by your executive just tell me that he did mistake or not if Yes than send me the sorry letter.

After receiving the sorry letter only, i will pay the installment Even i will not pay any of the penalities.

Even executive Mr. Manikandhan he called on 27th of may even he had not replied he told me that he will give reply on 2nd of june even he did not replied

I went to my native place that's why i was unable to reply you on time. Your last email was came on 5th june 09, In that you had mentioned that If i dont pay my installment on time i will be facing certain problems by the bank. You are just and only concentrating on your money not about my complaints the thing for you is money not the feelings of a person, your dam executive will pull my family and scold them in bad words it's not any problem for you. This issue will almost completed two months still you are only making inspection not the final decision, Two months for a single complaint from this only i got your performance. Finally i had decided that to solve this issue b'coz i had realized that it's none of use talking with you b'coz talking with a deaf people will only loose my energy from my point of view even a deaf person will hear me but you are worst than the deaf person. What should i say about you it's a bank which only cares about money and to safegaurd there executive and dont know to solve a simple problem created by the bank's executive.

If still you have little amount of sense than mail me your chakala branch's head officers email id or any person of chakala branch who is reading this email could reply me so that i can communicate with him for this issue, your executive had talked very indisently with me and given many bad words to me and to my family members. I asking the chakala branch head officer contact number b'coz i even dont want to see your dam banks face there also i will see the same kind of people atleast i think that your head officer will know some discipline. Now also i am saying that only i will pay the installment and the whole amount of the loan but only when you solve my problems and make the right decision, still now also i am not paying because you are not solving my problem otherwise i would have paid at the begin only, Constantly i had paid 17 installments i cant pay the remaining or what, Your many executives like prabhakar, ishtiyaq, manikandhan, domnik and others are still solving my problems they made the promises that they will solve it and give me the positive response but no one has approved themself as the honest person each and everybody were lier of your bank, Even the bank is a lier

I know that even you have recordings but you dont have the courage to solve my problem because you think that your bank will get on fault, Even now i am giving a last chance to that executive to ask apolosize to me i will really forgive him and solve the whole issue and i will make the payment. If i had taken loan means i will make payment of it but you people has not even mentioned in a single mail or in the letter about that stupid executive. just and just only making the inspection when i call or mail you only say we are making inspection, inspection and only inspection just for a money u are giving bad words to whole of my family members after listenning do youthink any of the person will like make the payment, if i come bank means only with the police. Mail me or call me for the solution. Till now i had collected all the documents that needed against you if you did not respond i will go to police station and submit all the documents and see the further steps, till now i was waiting for your response I am not scared because i have whole documents and that particular recording and even i have other recording also so i am waiting till monday evening for your response if you refused then i am going to carryon the further steps on you that is you had spoiled my image, my reputation.
