We Laboni Basu and Moumita Basu both are sisters and our parents Dilip Kr. Basu (Retired sub asstt engr P.W.D govt of West Bengal) and Tapasi Basu (housewife). We are final year 2011 students of MBA from NIS ACADEMY KOLKATA-A DIVISON OF NIS SPARTA LTD, ANIL DHIRUBHAI AMBANI GROUP OF COMPANY. During the admission time in the year NIS Academy Kolkata arrenge and help us to take Bank Loan and committed job profile of Rs 30.000/- for Laboni and Rs 25.000/- for Moumita in a reputed company which are given in the prospectus through Bank loan procedure and sanctioning of educational loan from U.C.O Bank through a representation of Nis academy Kolkata to the U.C.O Bank Head office Kolkata. Loan amount for Laboni Rs 1.88.000/- and Moumita Rs 2.07.000/.From that time we are paying Rs 4, 000/- as per bank loan interest in monthly though our father is retired. But now the course is nearing to complete and final year result will published very soon, and we have to repay bank loan, then NIS ACADEMY did give us suitable placement and playing roll play with us and harassed us. As a result during last 5 months we have informed NIS ACADEMY’S head SALIL SIR, VIVAS SIR, SARITA MAM but they have fully ignored it.

We are in life risk position, if we are not getting job, how we will repay loan?
We are informing this matter to govt. higher authority and to you Sir, we need your attention redarding this matter. NIS SPARTA and ADA Group are largest corporate that’s why we have taken admission in NIS ACADEMY and we are having good academic qualification also but now we are suffering a problem and not getting jobs due that we are mentally depressed and life risk position.
Being a student we are hoping that you will give us positive answer.
