B4U computer institute (ms-cit), near kaulkhed, menge market, at (AKOLA
CITY) have not good management.the institute have not provide a good
tutorial practices and not intimate for collecting admit card in a
time. this problem face by so much student but they have not to dare
for complaint because they are girls. 6-7 girls have not attending for
exam because the institute not confirm the date & center before the
exam date only.
They cannot provide practice facility (half an
hour) in a day for re exam in June month. i took feedback till last one
day at 24-06 for confirmation of exam date & time but they said
that, "we have not got any information about ms-cit exam and have not
informed me by phone or email.and unfortunately we have lost our exam due to only institute management. They have not inform before exam time & time.
Again i can try to collect information on dated 26-06 at 6.00 pm in the evening . they put my holl ticket in my hand and told you have losted your exam because your call not connected by network. My exam date was 26-06 at 11.00 am. It was not a joke. when I tried to everyday moring & evening to get update related to exam . then institute should have a responsibility. why they did not confirm by e-mail or postal address or alternate mobile no. I have belong from poor family and I could not able to repay MS-CIT course fee.
so i request you please take action on this institute and justice to all of us. thank you
