Not receieved marks cards yet for MBA

to whom so ever it may concern,

My Name is Swati Dwivedi, i completed my MBA from Dayananda Sager College of Management and Information Technology Bangalore, which was affiliated from bangalore University.

I have my final MBA degree, but yet not having any marks cards for any of the semesters.

Kindly advice as its effecting my future growth.
