Duplicate marks cards

Hi,

My name is raghu, i have done my BSc during the year 1999 from Bangalore university. But my degree is incomplete in the sense i have not passed the examination yet. Even i dont have any marks cards with me, please kindly let me know how to get the duplicate marks sheets of those. Now i need to take up the exam to complete it.please kindly suggest me the solution.
