i am suresh jat from tonk .i am apling of b.tech cors in bhagwant university 2011 bach .but i am not abel to attend collage and i requst bu principal.pless retnd my fees with chargases .so principal called me .fees is not refund able. my fees 65000/ not to be retun plz return my fess
