I have not received my provisional certificate

Hi,

I have completed my PGDCE in bharathiar university coimbatore in 2009.

in apr i wrote my exams, and i didn get my certificates for long time...

so went in person and after long struggle got my consolidated marksheet..

but till now i didn get my provisional, degree certificate...

i have called the university members and asked about this lot of times they asked to pay extra dd if i need it soon... i don know how to get my certificate... pls help me

pls take necessary steps...
