Dear sir -We some of the students have completed our degree & post Graduate degree courses from Centre for Distance Education Bharathidasan university Tiruchirapalli & School of Distance Education Bharathiyar university Coimbattore in Tamilanadu state through distance mode. Both universities are recognized by University Grants Commission New Delhi. It is Mandatory that every university should take the DEC Distance Education Council New Delhi recognition to conduct the courses in distance mode. Both these universities did not take the Ex-Post Facto Recognition from DEC for their courses conducted in Distance Mode. Therefore job recuting agencies are not accepting these degrees as they have no Post facto recognition. Although many representations sent to the university authorities they did not take action to get post facto recognition. So students before joining into these universities please confirm whether these universities courses are recognized by Distance Education Council (DEC) New Delhi or not.
