Espetfully submit that i am Hari Kumar Gupta, 228, path no.6, vijay bari, near shyamji ka mandir, sikar road, jaipur. I was appointed on the post of Teacher grade III on 22.09.1976 in education department of Rajasthan government. After serving about 32 years on 31.08. i have retired from the post of Sr. teacher from the Govt. Secondary School, Motlawas (Pool Budget), tehsil Danta Ramgarh, distrct sikar, Rajasthan.
I am heart patient and had undergone through Bye-pass surgery in year 2005 that's why i have been under treatment since 2005. When i was in service then i have submitted the medical bill for reimbursement in the prescribed form in office of Block Elementary Education Officer, Danta Ramgarh, district Sikar, Rajasthan of rupees more than 60, 000/- of year 2007 and 2008 respectively.
In this regard several requests oral as well as written were made but nothing has been done by the Office and on 19.01.2010 i sought some information regarding medical bills to the Block Elementary Education Officer, Danta Ramgarh, district Sikar, Rajasthan under right to information Act but till today i have not received any information.
Two times in year 2006 and 2007 i sought for special grant/budget of medical bills to the education department, Bikaer and same has been granted for only me. Inspite of grant, once partly reimbursed the medical bill and partly has not been reimbursed therefore, partly grant has been lapsed because they demanded for bribe and i refused.
Every year more grant/ budget for midical bills is granted but same has not been issued to the employee who want to reimburse the medical bills and same has been lapsed in the office Block Elementary Education Officer, Danta Ramgarh, district Sikar, Rajasthan.
Now i am retired person and heart patient therefore, i have no means of livelihood. that's why Block Elementary Education Officer, Danta Ramgarh, district Sikar, Rajasthan will be directed to reimburse of medical bills of me and enquiry shaould be conducted against the Block Elementary Education Officer, Danta Ramgarh, district Sikar, Rajasthan.
