Non delivery of speed post

A letter was sent on 10 mar by speed post to Controlller of Examination BHU, Varanasi for admission, having last date of submission on 17th. March. From Indiapost: Speed Net-Detailed Movement it was transpired that the same was not delivered to the addressee thus zeopardising my chance for admission. Till date the same has not been returned to me. Necessary action may kindly be taken for return of the same at the earliest.
