I Kamleshwar Prasad Tiwari is a serving warrant officer of Indian Air Force and presently on the posted strength of Air Force Srinagar (J&K). My daughter km Nisha Tiwari was student of M.B.A from Boston College Gwalior in the year 09.She computed her first year but was unable to continue her further studies from the college due to my long hospitalization and some other domestic problem. She approached for her T/C and N.O.C to the Principal and Director (Mr. Pandey) for which she was refused until she pay Rs.55, 500/-.inspite of repeated approach and request on humanitarian grounds. Director of college was adamant and rude in his behavior. He threatened my daughter to ruin her carrier if she doesn’t pay the amount. Since there was no any way other than making the payment. She made the payment of Rs55, 500/-and could get her T/C and N.O.C on the same day.
It is highly irregular and misconduct of the college on charging the fee for the year (session-10) from the student who have not studied for even single day. It is also violation of orders passed by the H’able Supreme Court of India and on the other courts and tribunals on the subject which amounts as contempt of highest court of the country. On the above subject I have made two representations to the Registrar Jiwaji University on 18/08/10 and 29/09/10 with a copy to all concerned authorities in addition to several visits to the university. I have learnt from the Registrar Jiwaji University that a notice was issued to the college and college has replied that my son Piyush Tiwari has given them in writing that he will not initiate any action against the Director Boston College for his wrong doing. It is really surprising to note that how Director College has courage to reply to the University by giving his filthy protection of his wrong act.
Further I have lodge a complaint with police station Morar on 06 NOV’10 and the matter is learnt to be under investigation by Sub inspector Sanjay Sharma of P.S Morar.
May i request your good office to initiate strict action against institute and direct the college to return the fee.
