Once the fees is paid, you will be dictated by them, i got frustated by thier service.
My experiance :
1. I have been given false commitment of date and collected fees (23 rd nov.2010)
2. Three times postponded the course
3. Without intimation they started the class
4. when request to compensate the class, refused to do so
5. when requested refund, made me to follow up in worst possoble way
(you will not get same reception, what you get when you go for inquiry)
6. Intentionally the money is splitted into portions and commited to collect till next year
7. Poor mannerd replies you will get when the receptionist talk to you
8. finally for thier poor serivce, i incurred loss of time, and doing the collection agent job now.
They dont know the meaning of serivce and you will be treated as if you are provided a charity once the fees is paid
I would strongly recommned, if any one is interested in leanring german language, looking for german language instituates, German langauage training centre, or german language course in coimbatore, dont join Goethe-Zentrum.
you will get a worst ever experince with them
