Why did not peincipal verify documents

I need to verify my documents for seeking admission in free JAVA course offered for ST/ SC/ Minority category by DOEACC Society, Government of India. Its last date 01-05 to submit application and I may submit application on 02-05 till 10 am., so I went to my school, BSV High School, Nivaranpur on 02-05-12 for verifying documents but School Principle said “abhi hum ye sab kaam nahi karenge, accounts ka kaam chor kar avi wo sab nahi kareneg” I requested to Principal Madam, but she did not verified documents. I get upset because I loss my opportunity.

Now I want to know that why principal madam did not verify documents? If she gives me only 10 minutes than I can get this opportunity. Students hops that teacher will help to student but here why I become helpless?
