My name is jibin m joy having b.com certificate with reg. no: CCAGBP0291, passed april. from christ college irinjalakuda of calicut university. i lost my B.com certificate last year and applied for duplicate with special fee for getting earlier on November 23rd 2010 having chalan no: 1 date of chalan 22/10 amount 565.
after one month i called to university and enquired about the certificate then they told me that "every thing is ready and they have given the certificate to get sign from VC, with in next month you will get the certificate." but after 2 month when i called they give another reply that" the person in charge is changed and now i am doing everything and if you need the certificate urgent, please come to university and you can get the certificate from here." then i go to the university with my offer letter from Dubai. and given them an application along with the copy of offer letter to get the certificate earliest and to go to Dubai. they also told me that VC is leave on today so when he came we will get the certificate signed and send to you with three weeks.
after 2 months when i called, they are telling me that they dont have any scientific method for issue of certifcate and the person who told me like that is MR. SADASIVAN in section EDP- II.
what should i do to get my certificate?
