1. That I have applied Tier 4 General Student Visa on dated 15 December for immigration with career overseas, SCO – 2901-02, Sec – 22, Chandigarh and intend to proceed to foreign country UK (London) for study purpose.
2. UKBA refused my case on 13 July because Visa letter no longer valid because the college has withdrawn its sponsorship.
3. I have paid £ 3000 (₹ 234, 500.00) college fees to Career Overseas agents Harnek Singh, Shapinder Singh and Rajeev. I have made many request to Harnek Singh, Shapinder Singh and Rajeev to refund my college fees, but they are not refunding my fees.
4. Despite are many request to Rajeev, Shapinder singh and Harnek singh (agents of Career Overseas) has not returned £ 3000 (₹ 234, 500.00) despite our repeated request from time to time. They are threatened us to face dire consequence if I didn’t stop asking for my hard earned money.
5. I asked him if he will not return my money, I will complaint to higher authorities i.e.S.S. P, Chandigarh. He said no one can touch me and he threatened me to go where ever you want to go or complaint. I will see you in future and I will not return your money.
6. Therefore, Sir/Madam, I request you for urgent action against the accused cheater, Career Overseas and Shakespeare College London, so that innocent people like me ill not suffer.
