TC not returned after countersign

Hello,

I have posted TC of my children to Ajmer office for counter sign. My children named Anmol Kathail (Class X) and Anamika Kathail (Class V). They were studying in St Monfort School, Bhopal.

I shifted from Bhopal to Bangalore. I posted TC by Speed post on 11 June. As per speed post tracking system, the TCs have been delivered to CBSE Ajmer office on 14 June. I have also sent self addressed envelop so that they can return the TC easily.

It has been more than one and half month as of today (27 July), but we have not received TC back.

I tried to call the office on phone several times but no one picks up.
