Change mother's name

I surbhi jhavar completed my 10th in the year from C.B.S.E

(Divine child school). My mother's name is mentioned as Mrs.nene jhavar in the

marksheet, but her name is mrs.meena jhavar at this time i m studying in 11from delhi public school (udaipur) india.

Kindly advise how can i get

this corrected, Waiting for a positive reply from you.
