DID NOT RECEIVE DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE

Respected Sir,

I Sailza Agarwal, had applied for duplicate qualifying certificate for 12th standard, CBSE, passed out in 2006. I had sent the form, along with necessary documents and Demand Draft on 02/12 through speed post. I should have received the certificate within 3 days as i have paid extra charges for urgent requirement, but I haven't received any certificate till date.
