My brother got admitted in Ceagonsoft for training In Java, J2ee, they have asked 10, 500 . I have paid all cash, but after that they never take any serious step about training and they keep on extending the date till now. I will give description of email i have in Below.

This is Jayanta i am writing on behalf of Mahabir Prasad Sahoo. The admission was done on month of 03-Aug and i have paid cash 10, 567. During time of admission we have a commitment
that course will be completed during 20 working days and after that candidate can sit for interview because the amount i have paid is towards both training and placement. Almost 100 days passed
nothing has been done yet from Ceagonsoft Side neither training nor placement. As we have a commitment for a month now that time period has over and almost i am out of station. As i was not
able to got any job so i have moved to my native. I wanted my money back and all settlement within a specific time frame. Prabha can u please confirm me what is the charges you can deduct and
amount you can return to me.
I was trying to reach you over the phone but not able to some times your busy and some time you are not responding my call. Please settle everything asap.

Dear Support,
This is final and gentle reminder about my course fees settlement. Please look after this issue and sort this out asap. If you are not responding to my email or not making me call within 7 days of time, then probably i will be forced to go for some legal action. the kind of harshness i never except from the company like 'Ceagonsosft'. It was really not acceptable even if i am keep on chasing and following up from past 3 month no body cares to respond me. Being an training organization such kind of behavior is not acceptable.
Please do a needful asap.
Inspite of writing email, phone calls and physically meeting with them and talk to them it never benifited me. Please help me to recover my hard earned money of 10, 500/-.
