I had received a mail from Adeptchno that they were holding a training session on PRINCE2 Practioniner course on 28th and 29th of May. Post negotiation of rates i paid INR 25000 as course fee and examination fee by my Credit card in the chennai branch, however the training did not materialise on the mentioned dates and neither their representatives cared to inform me of the changes. When i approached the insitute for refund they are absolutely shaameless to not keep up commitments on training as well as refund, inspite of my communication for refunding the fee paid they havent even replied to me when they will pay me back. I will recommend consumers not to take up any training from such an organisation.
